I cannot say enough about Dr. K or his staff. They were always so kind, compassionate, patient, and caring during a very emotional and difficult time. With so many obstacles that get thrown at someone they never gave up and were always encouraging. I could not have gotten through this journey without Dr. K and his entire staff. And after we had almost given up hope, we are expecting our little one in June!!

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Dr Kipersztok and his staff as they guided my husband and I through our fertility journey. Our nurse Nikki was not only knowledgable, she made herself available to us each step of the way (endless questions, emails and phone calls!!). Both Dr K and Nikki were professional, friendly and compassionate-- which goes a LONG way during such a difficult process. Thank you to Dr K, our nurse Nikki and all of the staff at Shady Grove Waldorf. Because of you, we look forward to our little miracle arriving this February!

I couldn't have asked for a better team or Dr to accompany my husband & I thru our IVF journey. They are knowledgeable & will go above & beyond to make sure you are comfortable & understanding all aspects of your treatment. I can't express enough gratitude to them for our Rainbow after our Storms (plural). Thank you Dr K for always giving me the cons & not just the pros of my treatments. Thank you Nicky LaChapelle for answering my many many questions & thank you to the rest of the staff from the financial aspect to many blood draws, I would do it a thousand times over with you all by my side.

Dr. Kipersztok is amazing!!!! He is very honest and open about the entire fertility process. He was very encouraging. My wife and I tried to conceive through the IUI process and it did not work the first time. Dr. Kipersztok called us personally to offer his condolences. He encouraged us not to give up and to keep trying. On our next try, we conceived and are expecting our first child. I would highly recommend Dr. K. The staff at the Waldorf Shady Grove office is also awesome. Our nurse Sarah Townsend was heaven sent. No matter how many questions we had, she was there to patiently answer them all. We miss the staff and Dr. K. If you are looking for top notch service, you will most definitely find it with Dr. K and the Shady Grove staff in Waldorf.

My husband and I went to see Dr. K for first time in December, after 4 years under fertility treatment with another doctor. We went seeking for a second opinion and hoping for one more active approach to our situation since had been so long without success. We love him from the first visit! His first words were: we don't have time to waste, exactly what we wanted to ear. He order us all the test that we already had been done but the results were some kind of differents, so he suggested IVF, and that is what we did, without wasted more time! In 4 months after our first visit we received the news that we are pregnant!
I must say that I can relate with some reviews about he been rude sometimes, but when happened to me my husband insisted that I should take it personal. And the end of the day, he is efficient, and his staff is very caring and we always be grateful to Dr. K and his staff for our baby.
One last thing: as soon we deliver our baby, we plan to come back to him for our second child!

Although I only meet with Dr k. for the major things my nurse Sarah was so great. Dr. K is very caring and had all the answers to my questions. Whenever I needed him he was there . He always told me the truth even if it was news I didn't want to hear.

Infertility is already a very discouraging and depressing diagnosis to deal with....it doesn't help when you go to the doctor @ shady grove and they give you terrible success rates and a poor prognosis...I was able to get pregnant naturally just 1 year ago on my own, so why would my success rate be so LOW going thru specialized treatment? According to him IVF is my only option and I doubt that very seriously. I left there feeling HOPELESS and DISCOURAGED...I didn't feel compassion, respect, or empathy for what I am going thru. I have seen Dr. Chang & Dr. McKeeby before and they are sooooo much more positive and compassionate. I hope Dr. K will work on his compassion and approach when dealing with such a sensitive subject such as infertility. I would rather drive 50 miles further from home to see another dr at SGFC then to be seen by Dr. K. again.

Dr. K helped my husband and me get pregnant. After trying for over a year we were referred to Shady Grove by my OB. Testing came back to show that I had diminished ovaries. Dr. K was really great through the whole process. He give me only the facts and no false hope. Luckily IVF worked the first time and I am now 30 weeks pregnant with a boy. He is straight forward and I know that's not what everyone looks for. For my husband and me we appreciated that. Thank you Dr. K!

Dr. K. performed my hysteroscopy (cervical polyp removal) - the operation went well, I was back to work after lunch following an early morning procedure. His bedside manner was nice, all staff at Shady Grove were also kind and courteous, as well as punctual. There was a hiccup with billing but it was resolved the same day I called the billing department to ask about it. All in all a positive experience. Btw, I am with the DC office, not Waldorf, so this was a one off, Dr. K is not my regular RE.
