Forgetful! Said I received two shots and I didn't. My husband had him also and he took extra time off of work from his surgery and the doctor told insurance he went back to work? He approved the extra week and then forgot. not impressed. His memory has really gone down hill since I had a shoulder surgery with him 5 years ago.
