LGreat office staff, is knowledgable, and I generally don't wait long to be seen. Dr. Rebecca Nichols could be more helpful with patients. She listens to respond rather than listening to understand the concerns of her patients and help them understand their eye health, especially with transitioning to contacts and their effectiveness. I would appreciate a little more time spent to educate patients, instead of saying "we have to try and see" over and over. Patients need to have some understanding of normal discomfort vs. unusual issues.
