He is better with seniors rather than young population.

This guy gave two vaccine shots to my child on the same day and told my wife it was government requirement. And the clinic never reported the shots to Ontario healthcare system. I had to update the record by myself. I hate such kind of dishonest and irresponsible doctor.

Dr. Cui is a good doctor and knowledgeable.
However, making appointment with the clinic is close to impossible. I think the office need to be better managed. There was one time, his receptionist make my father wait for two and half hours. The staff have no empathy to patients at all.

My mom is a visitor and we have to pay for diagnose fee.Dr cui is very throughful and patient,gave my mom did some tests.i know see him may take long time but this all the doctors have this situation. He give us comfort and let my mom do not worry. Gave us the most economical way to do the test. Recommend this doctor

First time there and I had to wait 1hr and 15 mins. I gave up and never see him. May be he is a good Dr but he has not concerns for his patients time. I will never recommend him.
