The quintessential arrogant doctor who rushes through appointments and treats you like an idiot who doesn't know anything. I would never return nor would I recommend. A truly horrible practitioner.

I adore Tricia and her staff since she moved to her new location! Tricia is on top of her stuff! She cares, she reviews lab work results with you in the room to show and discuss what they mean. She thinks ahead and asks insightful questions. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her patients well being.
I love her assistant btw!! He's got a great personality easy to joke with and loves to give a jovial hard time. The receptionist is friendly and thoughtful as well and that says a lot compared to other office staff that seem like brainless robots. Tricia has hired wonderful people whom are sweet nice fun friendly and intelligent. I wish I had her as my primary dr.... heck I wish I could clone a 1000 of her.
I recommend her to friends family and anyone whom I come in contact with that may need an endocrinologist. She's FANTASTIC!!!

Very experienced and genuine. Obviously cares very much about her patients. Sees complicated patients who are very sick.

The smartest, most personable doctor I have ever been to. She is the best Endo in the area as all the GPs only trust her. The other Endos are opportunistic charletons; don't fall for snake oil scams!. Dr W is UCLA / USC trained, highly experienced, top of her class . There is over a 3 month waiting list to see her for obvious reasons .Those of you who saw a NP were lucky to see the doctor at all since most docs don't have time to tag team with NP .Make the appt with the doctor . Well worth the wait.

Had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. Doctor did not even bother to see me. Sent in NP. NP said the doctor was too busy to see me. Spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Did not really listen to what I had to say. Worst treatment I have ever had in a doctor's office. I will never go back!!

Went to see Dr Westhoff-Pankratz regarding possible thyroid issues as she was recommended by a co-worker to me; First appointment was with NP and saw Doctor for about 1-2 minutes. Very thourgh blood workup. 2nd appointment about 6 weeks later and again saw NP that went over my blood work and recommended a course of treatment. Saw Doctor less than 2 minutes as she wrote the prescription. The Doctor is upbeat and cheerful and "seems" like she would be a good doctor, but having spoken to her for less than 3 minutes on 2 total appointments after waiting an hour on the first one and an hour and a half on the 2nd one I am unable to really give her a very good recommendation; I was advised that if I was late or missed my appointment that I would be charged anyway, but having to wait over an hour make me wonder what I am going to be paid for showing up? I feel like the office has double or tripple booked appointments making wait times ridiculus!
