If you’re the night time doctor, there is no reason you should be annoyed, rude, and short within the first 3 minutes of a conversation. I am a young adult living on my own in an entire different state — sorry if I’m alarmed by something listed in medical journals as a rare occurrence. Telling me to read the pamphlet and don’t call unless I’m in excruciating and uncontrollable pain is crazy. Should not work for Madison Oral Surgery and Dental Implants.

I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth consult, which was rescheduled twice by the clinic because the doctor I was scheduled to see couldn't keep that appointment anymore. 2.) Once I did get in, I overheard a nurse in the waiting room say something along the lines of "who's rooming the 11:30 appointment?" Nurse #2: "Oh yeah, I almost forgot!" About two minutes later, they called my name. 3.) Once I finally got to see the doctor, he showed me the X-ray that my dentist had sent over. He proceeded to say that he couldn't tell which side was left and which was right because the dental clinic didn't put it on the graph. I mentioned that since I had a couple fillings, he could probably tell based on that. One quick peer into my mouth solved that problem--but I didn't feel very comfortable that I had to come up with that solution. In the end he recommended not proceeding with wisdom teeth extraction, which is good--this doctor/clinic didn't inspire a lot of confidence in me!
