He used to be a good doctor, but then he started being late all the time, he would not speak to you by phone, he would not call you back even about meds that were reacting badly. Instead his secretary would deliver a message to you. I had to find another doctor. Psycho drugs are nothing to mess around with and when your doctor refuses to call you back it is time to leave.

I didn't see Dr. Larson. I saw Paula in his ofc & had appt sch'd w/ his partner Dr. Joshie (spelling). Several days after I had appt w/ Paula I recd call from their office to cancel my appt with Dr Joshie. I thought they needed to re-sch but then realized that Dr Joshie was refusing to see me and the reason given was he would not complete FLMA paperwork which he was contracted to do with Ins company. They ask if I would like to see Paula tho as my therapist & i said i was not sure. They called me back the same day & said appts with Paula was canceled too that their office would not be able to assist me. I totally freaked out. I know Paula surely must have realized during our only appt how fragile i was at that time but apparently NO consideration was given to my mental health. I was not suicidal but wish I could go into their office & blow my brains out right in their office so I could "show them". This set me back further than ever-I sincerely think they should not be in practice.

I, too, feel this doctor does not respond well when his patients call. A good psychiatrist will always call a patient back. He also does not have good "bedside" manners. A cold man.

I felt physician was good until I needed help after regular business hours and I was not called back. This just did not seem like he was very caring about me as a patient and damaged the patient/doctor/trust relationship. I later changed physicians to one who would call back if need be after business hours.
