I feel the previous ratings are a bit harsh. Dr. Smith may not be an overly comforting individual, but I have felt fine during all of my past visits. He has a straightforward way that I appreciate. If you are the type of person that needs frequent reassurance and very thorough explanation, he may not be the one for you. If you just want to get the facts and recommendations for follow up, you'll probably be fine with him. He's always answered my questions adequately.

Rude and demeaning to say the least. I would never want anyone to go and see him. He did not have answers so made me feel as though I was crazy. I was beyond frustrated and made to feel like I was crazy. Dr. Smith made it seem that I was suffering from panic/anxiety but in reality suffering from neurological problems. Not a great experience after not going to the doctors for years.
