the staff at legacy battleground when i first went as a primary care patient were first rate. my initial pc doctor was a competent, caring professional. 2 years ago he left to private practice and i was assigned to jeff bowden and my care has declined precipitously. the nursing has also undergone staffing changes to the detriment of their patients. calls for assistance are now a 2 day response time. both doctors and nurses feel that it is acceptable to make derogatory and hurtful statements to clients. i am seeking new care and would NOT recommend this doctor or this facility to my worst enemy.
