Well he knows what he is doing somwhat, but he can be rude, curt, patronizing. We were astonished at how he treated our family when his treatment didnt yiled the results he said would occur. very unprofessional and is ego driven. too bad, he seemed like he was really on to something but we could not tolerate his bed side manner. we went elsewhere. also, the receptionist who handles the payment is rude and unwelcoming.

Dr. Pedro is the most nicest, kindest person I have ever encountered. He is very informative and explains in details to my level of understanding about my pain and symptoms. His staff is also very kind and helpful. Not only are the treatments explained very well but the financial part of the program too. I recommend him to all my family and friends.

Please request itemized bill for CIT treatment if you especially have blue cross insurance. This insurance does pay for some components with no out of pocket expense to you. Some service are not billable to patient because he is contracted to accept what the insurance pays. Be vigilant about what if any cost you truly are responsible for.

Dr. Pedro is amazing!! I suffered from Vertigo a few years ago and never thought I'd be able to return to my normal self anymore. I thank god and count my blessings everyday for all having the opportunity to find Dr. Pedro. His staff is superb! Everything is so well organized. my appointment is always at the same time and I know what to expect. If I'm early, they'll take me early. If I'm late, they'll still take me right away. I appreciate the time they designate to myself and I have their whole attention! Thank you for the excellent service!!

In 2015, I was diagnosed with a serious medical condition, which required treatment with multiple rounds of chemotherapy. In the months following treatment, I realized that my mental faculties had been greatly diminished. I experienced first-hand what is often referred to as “chemo brain.” I had some mental “fog” and difficulty with word retrieval. However, a much greater problem was losing the ability to sequence. Planning and executing the simplest activity, like putting together a grocery-shopping list or baking from scratch, thoroughly frustrated and exhausted me -- too many steps and I couldn’t keep those steps in the correct order.

All the things that had come automatically to me before my diagnosis, I simply could not do! I was stunned! In my business life, just a few years earlier, I had been involved with complex and long-term project management in a large corporation. Multiple tasks, timelines and deadlines were second nature to me. So, I knew things had deteriorated to a point that I needed help.

Through a family member, I visited Dr. Pedro who told me that he could help me with my problem. He listened and he understood what I was telling him and how it had affected my life. I began treatment a few days later and was treated by Dr. Pedro and his staff for about six weeks. I am back to my old self—able to handle multiple and complex tasks quickly and effectively without becoming frustrated or tired. I can think clearly and sequence properly. I am productive and feel absolutely wonderful. I feel alive, and I am so grateful to Dr. Pedro for giving me back my old self.

Dr. Pedro's office is by far one of the best doctors offices I've been too. Right when u step in, it feels like a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Very professional. I love how they're very detailed. Especially the financial piece. You're told upfront on how much it's expected of you so you're not surprised when u get there. Any questions or concerns, Dr. Pedro gives such a caring detailed response. Couldn't have asked for better service. 2 thumbs up!!

My freshman year of high school, a couple months after I turned 14, I was spiked in the head by a volley ball. I had light, sound and scent sensitivity with a pounding headache. I had been to my pediatric Doctor, neurologist, pediatric neurologist, and the northern regional headache center. By the time I went to the northern regional headache center I had had a headache for 3 months straight. When it came to 6 months straight we had finally found a medicine that worked and I was off that by the end of July 2014. December of that year I fell down a curved staircase at my house and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. January 2015 my headaches came back in the middle of a jazz band rehearsal. It felt like I was being stabbed from temple to temple. April 2015 I ran into a fence full force in attempt to catch a fly ball in a softball game. I had temporary lost feeling in the right side of my body and temporary lost consciousness. I ended up damaging my radial nerve. A week exactly to running in the fence I passed out at school and exactly a week from that I passed out again at school. I was transferred to UMASS and they didn't really know what was happening so they told me I had conversion which is a physical response to a stressful response. While there I had passed out 13 times in 4 days. June 2015 came along and I had again had a headache for 6 months straight except what was different is that I started going to see dr Pedro. He told me that I had a rib out of place, that the pulse on the right side of my body and left side of my body were different, and that I had rolled shoulders. What amazes me is how he was able to diagnose me within the first hour of me being there and better yet, he didn't throw me on medicine just like every other Doctor did. He came in on his day off just so I could get my first appointment in. No other Doctor has ever done that. Dr. Pedro calls you directly, he doesn't have someone do it for him. I am now a junior and will be 17 in just a few short months. I'm finally able to start doing things normally again than I have in what feels like a long time. I'm so greatfulmto have found Dr. Pedro because my headaches had gotten up to an 8 out of 10. Had I not got to see him I wouldn't be in school right now nor even functionally properly. I'd be curled up in a ball on my bed. So thank you Dr. Pedro for healing. I finally only have to go once a month now. Thank you. I definitely recommend Dr. Pedro to all. He is one of a kind and I promise he won't let you down.

Dr. Pedro is a diamond in a rock.. I can't believe no specialist sent me to him.. He is like no other, not even the best neurologists in Boston can compete with his knowledge. I am sending everybody to him.

Dr. Pedro is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate towards his patients. He explains everything and has a cutting edge practice that finds the source of pain or injuries and treats them with a variety on non-invasive techniques. I have only seen him for a week and a half and my pain level has decreased in half which I had for 6 months non-stop that medications couldn't keep up with. He knew what my problem was within 15 minutes in his office when I'd been to physical therapy, occupational therapy, traditional chiropractor, and acupuncture plus some cranial sacral work too. No one knew what was causing my pain even with X-rays and MRIs. He is like no other and would recommend him to everyone I know...and already have done so.
