Staff is the worst. Totally incompetent. No clue what they are doing. Erin in billing needs to quit or take a training class in billing and customer service. Dr Bolla should be ashamed that he continues to employ her! He is an ok Dr., but think he likes to rush his time with the patient because he is always behind. Can't wait til my family member gets a new Dr where he is treated with respect. I have been going to his appointments with him for years and today l get told l can't go in because he needs a health care proxy in his file and they don't have the form he needs to complete. So, someone explain why this suddenly became an issue. Perhaps because I didn't back down with their billing department or insurance to get my boyfriend's $800! reimbursement for shots he received that should have been covered by his insurance if they had been billed correctly? Took almost 2 months of calls and listening to numerous excuses before he was refunded. If that would have been them waiting 2 months for payme t he would have been sent to collections. Dr Bolla. GET YOURSELF SOME QUALIFIED STAFF!

I have found the staff and doctor to be very efficient, professional and respectful. No issues at this clinic. I would recommend it to anyone.
