While wearing my braces for 3 1/2 yrs, the staff at Dr. Billings office was always professional & polite. They always made it convenient to schedule follow-up appointments & even when I was late, I was seen in a timely manner. Although the hygenist were primarily responsible for treatments, Dr. Billings made it a point to see every patient before their visit was complete. I appreciate all the people who work for Dr. Billings because they made wearing braces fun - even as an older adult!
