I normally don't rate physicians but seeing the only rating for Dr. Pham was a poor one I felt compelled to post. I have seen both Dr. Pham and his partner several times for everything from wisdom teeth removal to a cyst in my jaw bone. The office is good but the physicians are great. Kind, caring, and more than willing to not have a procedure if it is not necessary. I would definitely recommend both of these physicians.

When arriving the staff were not at all professional in conversations being held while I was in waiting room. I could hear everything and it was not suitable conversations to be held anywhere except maybe break room or while there was not a patient waiting. I excused the front office stuff and Dr. Pham seemed to be alright. I was sent for a CT scan. After having my CT scan I waited a week and heard nothing. His office had mailed the results with no explanation and I could of course not understand all the medical terminology. Their office were rude when I had questions about the results and possible other tests that were suggested by radiology. I would not see him again or refer any friends. I want a Dr. who is going to listen and explain things.
