The doctor is nice, but does not do any testing when prescribing medications. His nurse, omg, she does not know how to give shots properly. She pokes slowly and takes out the needle slowly. Ouch, really hurts. I wish someone else gives the shots instead.

I have been so happy with Dr. Galutia and his staff. He has always been professionalooking and detailed. Good examine, quick to the point with options if available. His nurse Ashley is my favorite, always happy and a pleasure to see. I have been patient since 2012 and even recommended my husband change Doctors to him...he did and is so pleased. Not sure how anyone could rate him other than 5 stars, every experience has exceeded the typical doctor visit,

Today is the first time I went to get a regular check up for my daughter. Doctor is not so communicative. He seemed like he couldn't be bothered--probably because we are Asian? He didn't check properly. He then prescribed antibiotic for my daughter's sore throat (mind you, NOT strep throat!), when I asked why, he raised his tone and got so annoyed. Nope! I am calling my insurance tomorrow to change doctor! I feel like this doctor would give you random prescriptions without PROPERLY checking what's wrong.

Dr. Galutia diagnosed my husband with diabetes and prescribed two drugs without offering any type of dietary advice or recommendations. He told him that he could eat absolutely anything he wanted, just take the meds. Six days after starting the meds he was admitted to the hospital with Pancreatitis, 'possibly caused by the new medications' (known side effect). This has caused over a year's worth of medical treatments, surgeries, several lengthy hospitalizations, etc. Finally, on his most recent stay, a caring young physician from St. John after reviewing my husband's blood work ordered a test that showed he was in no way a diabetic! I second the other posters in saying I believe this doctor might be prone to prescribing medications indiscriminately.

Went in for help with a cold and after a week I now have near the same symptoms and a new prescription to "Try". It is 1 am in the morning and I cannot sleep as my cough is unrelenting and my ears still hurt. But I am glad I have a new medicine to try without any tests to figure out what is wrong.

Prescribes medicines based on best guesses of the diagnosis instead of getting to the root of the issue first and diagnosing the problem accurately first. I've had to go to speicallists after seeing Dr. Galutia and finding out that his diagnosis was incorrect. There were 3 instances of this. I don't know whey we keep going back (close location to home I guess and he's very nice).
