Dr. John Harris, DPM, was professional and friendly. I felt confident with his care of my fractured ankle. He respected my questions and explained things in a way that I understood. I highly recommend him. His staff was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Harris just completed my second foot surgery within the past four months. He performed a Weil Osteotomy on my right foot in September and after failing to heal completely, he ordered x-rays and CT scans to try and get to the bottom of the problem. Nothing abnormal showed up, but he spoke with me at length about what options would be reasonable in treating the constant pain I had. He made sure that all my questions were answered, seemed genuinely concerned about my lack of progress, and after a long discussion, we mutually agreed to a second surgery to remove the screw he put into my foot in the hopes that it would be the problem and end my pain. During the brief operation he discovered an unusual build up of scar tissue between the bone and cartilage that was impeding the range of motion in my toe. Once he removed the screw and the scar tissue, the range of motion registered during surgery was back to normal. And although I'm still healing, I'm feeling hopeful.
