She performed a spinal tap on me, took two days to follow up (even though they said her or the office would be calling the day after the procedure). I was crying in pain (not hysterical, just obviously in pain and upset while I was talking) and she was yelling at me over the phone telling me to stop crying and kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak. It was the worst headache I have ever experienced and I was truly suffering and she showed no compassion. Extremely cruel and u professional. I was undergoing this procedure to potentially diagnose MS which in itself is traumatic, I did not need to be yelled at over the phone on top of all this stress and agony.
