The doctor has an adequate bedside manner. However, I think he could be a little more thorough by taking a closer look at the patient's skin particularly asking them to remove clothing. The biggest problem is scheduling. Their system is incapable of booking appointments close together. So, they'll book you at a certain time but tell you to come at another time and then expect you to remember that a month later. Appt reminders are sent as text messages w/the wrong time, which they tell you to ignore. When you come in at the wrong time, they are polite and professional on the surface, but you can tell behind the scenes they are put out.

I have been taking an older friend to Dr. Diab for over a year to remove basal cell skin cancer. Each basal cell skin cancer removal is done with a 2 inch incision, and sewn back together with 12 stitches. This has been true even when the scar basal cell was smaller than a dime, and the extraction done for biopsy smaller than a nickel in diameter. I am no Doctor, but it looks like an abundance of surgery that, while necessary, was overdone. My very gracious and patient friend has been unwilling to change physicians. I would have after the first visit.
