This physician has poor patient rapport and provided incomplete information after a procedure that confirmed a gastric ulcer. At follow up visit 3 months after diagnosis, when the improvement I expected based on the prescribed medication hadn't been achieved, he then hands me a list of foods to avoid. He had never previously mentioned or give me a list of foods that could exacerbate an ulcer. And he spoke to me as though I should have known better. I then go to the patient check out area and 4 other people are waiting with no office staff attending to anyone. We continue to wait and finally someone comes by and says "is anyone helping you?" Obviously, all the staff chairs were empty and we were all sitting there in a line waiting. The staff person then says to another staffer "do you want to come over here to check these people out?" and the person says "not really, unless I have to." Nice way to treat patients!
