I've seen this doctor 3 times for a seizure dis-order. At his request I had 2 EEG's and on my third visit he told me he hadn't even had time to read my report and suggested I have a third EEG. I had mentioned I was beginning to have panic attacks related to the seizures. His response was that I should see a psychiatrist. At this point I began researching Dr. Horan and found similar reviews. I canceled the third EEG and found a more qualified neurologist. Do not waste your time or money on the so call specialist.

Misdiagnosed (2016) what turned out to be a life-threatening disease. Poor judgement & neglectful.
Office staff was always nice & accommodating.

Went to see this man for migraine headaches. He spent 20 minutes with me and did nothing that my primary care physian wasn't already doing. I asked if there was anything he could do to help me sleep when I have a headace, and he recommended I see a psychitrist. Then he charged my insurance 1000 $ and also billed me 200 $. Again, he spent twenty minutes with me and did nothing for me.
