He will answer any question in a manner that not only provides you an honest answer but he also conveys his genuine interest in you. The staff is top notch !!! There is no such thing as a wait time at his office, he is on time and punctual. Your primary contact is Veronica, she is simply amazing !!! She is not only patient, but she is so knowledgeable. Dr. Matei saved my life, my only regret is that I did not find him and his wonderful office sooner. I cannot offer any higher recommendation for him. Dr. Matei is the best bariatric surgeon in South Florida, furthermore he is the vice chief of the Department of Surgery at Memorial Regional Hospital.
