for this man for less than a month, and I lasted more than most. Most people work for him for a day- 1 week. He is one of the craziest people I have ever met. He also double dips, is collecting money from patients and insurances. He breaks HIPAA and shares pt information with other patients. Also talks poorly about his staff with his patients. I have seen him lash out. He is so unprofessional. Talks poorly to and about his wife. Is so disrespectful. Is late every single morning by 15-30 minutes. I used to stand outside WAITING for him with angry patients who were mad at me for not having a key. He showed me a stack of W2's he had to mail out bragging about the amount of people he has fired over the last year (nope, they quit after 1 day). He is very braggy, very arrogant. He seems to be overcompensating for something. Or many things. He told my fellow coworker she needed to buy toilet paper for the office with her own money because "he doesn't use it." This man needs to be audited. He also needs a psychiatrist.

Dr Cavallo has helped my family and myself for years. He is very professional but you feel comfortable. He cares about his patients extremely. He lays out all your options clearly and is patient as I am transitioning to contacts and he let me try different types with no stress on me to choose one.

I was fortunate to see Dr. Cavallo for evaluation of my vision. First and for most I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Cavallo found time to see me on a very short notice in spite of my insurance coverage issues at the time. Office staff was pleasant and very helpful. I was impressed with Dr. Cavallo’s professionalism and his level of knowledge. As a physician myself I truly appreciated his detail oriented approach, making spot on diagnoses and explaining the underlying problems of my vision change to me. I appreciate the time Dr. Cavallo spent with me, listening to my complaints, taking time to perform a thorough eye examination, and educating me about my eye pathology.
Lastly I would like to recommend Dr. Cavallo to anyone out there looking for a knowledgeable, caring and very sincere Optometrist.

Dr. was very talkative during exam and wanted to know about personal life. Same for my wife. He overcorrected my prescription and had to do it over. It took 2 weeks to get my glasses. His office staff is not very knowledgeable. I could not get a simple adjustment on the spot. I will not be going back.

He talks more than focusses on giving you a good exam. He appears knowledgebale but acts unprofessional at times. Wait time is almost always expected.
