Very rude over the phone. Stated that he travels the world and does not have time to deal with trivial matters.

Dr. Wasserman is always wonderful, helpful and cheerful. He is a pleasure to see every year for my annual eye checkup. He works with you if you have a budget. Laura, at the front desk is always pleasant and cheerful. I enjoy coming here. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

By consumer law, prescriptions are to be provided when patient requests and Dtr. Wasserman has refused. He had refused to provide the prescription at the time when service was rendered and still refuses to postal mail. I had an exam with him less than a year ago and he will not provide authorization to a lenses provider. I agree wholeheartedly with the prior post of his blatant disregard to the customer. He has rescheduled my appointments in the past and his mannerism is that he is worldly and you are inferior.

I would never reccomend this Doctor. He is abrasive and very unhelpful. This man is more worried about monetary gain that helping his clients. I had my child in there for a check up and I asked Dr. Wasserman for assistance in making sure the perscription I received from an online order was correct for my son he was very agitated and unhelpful. I have had another eye doctor check a perscription with no issue. This man lectured me about buying glasses on line and said he would check with a fee. He told me about brick and morter opperations and the cost of glasses and how he simply would not do it because I should have bought the glasses from him. Now keep in my I just purchases 2 pairs of glasses from him a month ago. A simple no, or I can't do that would have been an easier solution. Now his brick and morter has lost 2 clients and my future purchases. I will not not let a doctor bully me into making a purchase!
