I went to this doctor for a foot problem about 2 years ago. I found him very arrogant, rash and inattentive. It seemed he was always more in a hurry to get to lunch or maybe to his next patient than to carefully listen to my problem. I also found him to be rude, since he wouldn't even give me a chance to explain to him my problem, he actually cut me off several times. On two occasions he had opened the door to the cabinet and shook my hand before i even had a chance to ask him any questions, and then when I did, the last thing he seemed to want to do was to carefully explain to me the things I was asking about. That's probably why it took him over 6 months to figure out what I had. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. For the 200$/visit that he charges I can find another doctor that has the decency to listen to his patients carefully and make sure they understand what's wrong with them. Whatever they taught this guy in med school it certainly wasn't people skills!

I saw this physician and did not have insuranc. My bill was over $400 and I had to pay in full that day. Was not worth the charges. Staff walked around on cell phones, with signs posted everywhere, "no cell phones allowed". Will not return.

after an auto accident I saw Dr Bruno regularly. Insurance was to cover the problem. One time he talked about football, he never really examined me. The injury/fracture was one of those that CAN heal itself. But he was taking money for all those appointments. Years later I still hurt and the result of the injuries are mine for life.

Had our first visit with Dr. Bruno today and loved him! He joked around with my 13-yr-old daughter which put her at ease. He was very thorough in his exam and gave us good options for treatment. Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I went to this specialist for care of a knee injury. The physician seemed knowledgeable enough, although time spent was limited. The staff was unprofessional, in my opinion. The person sitting at the front desk was actually reading a magazine and the other individual was shopping on the internet!! The office facility itself was dank and unimpressive. I will not be returning-would not recommend.

Dr. Bruno has examined both of my teenage sons and myself for a variety of injuries. He is really thorough and very knowlegeable and is very good at explaining what he is examining and how he comes to his diagnosis. x-rays are done right in the office and he looks at them with you as soon as they get processed and explains everything clearly. He refers you to the appropriate specialist ( surgery for a torn meniscus) I have had him recommended to me by at least 3 unrelated people. I belive he has a better reputation and is more highly regarded than the other reviews on this website would lead you to believe. I am extremely critical of doctors and switch when I feel talked down to or feel the care is average. I have been only the highest praise for Dr. Bruno especially after seeing another ortho--there was no comparison in the level of care and communication.

this practice "limits" the number of symptoms that area addressed per visit--to one!, stating (inaccurately) that insurances won't pay for more than one problem per visit. Insurances pay for the office visit, regardless of the numbers of problems addressed. What is happening with this practice, is that the patient is being "made" to return for multiple appointments. No thanks.
