This was my husbands first visit. We are very happy the way we were treated by Dr. Burns and staff. Dr. Burns was professional, punctual, friendly, polite, respectful and thorough. She answered any questions that were asked. I do not understand why previous ratings are only a 2. She is a strong 5 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or her staff for treatment.

She is rude to her staff and not very personable. She did a good job with the surgery but I wouldn't want to go back for any other reason.
