this doctor stinks his professinal attitute is his way or the highway , he never made it for my schedule surgery and refuse to refund my money , i had to take him to court to get back only fifty percent. stay away ....be warned

Dr. Volk is very caring, knowledgeable,and he listens to his patients. I had a laser procedure done for brown spots with him. It required more than one treatment, I liked the results with the one treatment. They were lighter. He was so nice and again knowledgeable, and reminded me of a saying, "No one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care," Knowing how much he cared about my concerns, I called him recently looking for a particular laser and he guided me with helpful information to help me find it, even though he didn't have that particular laser. He really cares about his patients. I totally trust him!
