This Dr. is retired now and doing second opinion for the Workers Compensation. He is totally in the pocket for OWCP (Office of Workers Compensation). Thisguy is a hired gun and he works out of his house. Does not even have a office. Does not know anything about your diagnosis and has a letter already typed uo before he even examines you contradicting your physician so workers compensation can stop paying for your bills and disability, if you get send to this madman, try to get another Dr. this guy is a liar and should be kept away from. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I would ot even let my dog go to this idiot.
