Dr. Willis has a terrible bedside manner. He is extremely rude and acts like he is doing you a huge favor by seeing you. Twice he has said he would call in medication after a sick visit and never did, leaving us wondering why we bothered to go to the dr, as they are now closed and we have no medication to start feeling better. He's even rude on the phone if you call for an emergency. I cannot say anything nice about him. We have resolved ourselves to stay sick and not go to the doctor if Dr. Sabatini is not available, since we always have awful experiences with Dr. Willis.
