This office has the worst staff. They are rude and incompetent. The wait time to see the doctor is usually an hour or more. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Her and her staff are getting ready to move into another clinic separate from Flower Mound Women's Health - I hope her and her staff can get it better together before then - long wait times, unreturned calls, and Dr Paroski leaving the room multiple times to pick up her cellphone is not the best for moving forward with her own clinic.

Dr. Sylvie is an amazing dr. I've been seeing her since I was 17 and she also delivered my daughter last November. I highly recommend her. She is wonderful and I'm very blessed to have her as my dr.

I read some of the negative reviews about the office but am always one to give the benefit of the doubt. However, this is one instance in which I should have paid attention to the reviews. It is UNBELIEVABLE how inefficient, unreliable, and unresponsive the office staff is. I have seriously never seen anything like it. When in the room with Dr. Paroski I was comforted and felt cared about; however, she didn't remember what she had told me she would prescribe during our conversations, prescriptions were turned in incorrectly, and good luck trying to call the office and have any issues resolved. I have had NOTHING but poor results and poor service from the time of my first visit. I hope she can get things together but I don't see how, there are so many things wrong it seems impossible that it can be fixed.

Good luck getting any test results or seeing the Dr. Paroski. I was always sent to a nurse practitioner. When I finally did meet her she was on her phone the whole time and then kept hugging me like we knew each other. Odd.

Terrible OB, did more damage than good. Was rough, disrespectful went against wishes. Doesn't get some basic stuff. Not a good choice!

Scared me into getting induced in 2010 for big baby, but luckily hospital was understaffed and I was turned away. I went into labor on my own and had a fairly easy delivery with hardly any help from Dr. She was hardly there to catch the baby. Despite her awful unfriendly nurse, I decided to go back for baby #2. Dr was nice throughout my pregnancy, however around 34 wk she satrted playing the "big baby" card again. She insisted some women prefer to have c sections and I disregarded her comments as I had a very easy delivery with my last 8.8 lbs e was very agreeable. At 38 week's once again insisted I had a giant baby and that I would need to have another ultrasound. Ld I went into or. I labored at home until about 2 am Sunday morning as I was planning to do without an epidural. After about an hour at the hospital dilated to a 7 plus, she shows up to tell me she had a previous patient who insisted on a v delivery and although the baby survived he has no function of arm. I was scared into c section.

Dr. Paroski was recommended to me by a friend and I found Dr. Paroski to be a wonderful, personable doc. She took time to answer my questions. I would recommend her.

Dr Paroski really saved me. I had been with her before. But had gone someplace else for this birth so I could have a more natural birth. However, when things went wrong with this other care provider, and that care provider completely dropped the ball, Dr Paroski stepped up, on a moments notice, and saved us. I don't know what would have happened to my baby without her. I completely trust her and she is an amazing person, not just amazing doctor, to do what she did for us.

She scared me in to a csect based on the baby being too big. Then I had horrible complications from the csect that she failed to diagnose. I realize now that every one of my friends who has gone to her has been induced early and ended in csect with serious complications. She is very sweet and has an excellent bedside manner, but she would be better off in a different career field. It has been hard to leave her because she is so nice, but for my sake and my new baby's sake (I am pregnant again) I have to leave her. Her nurse is awful. She refused to let me be seen for bacterial infection until I took a full course of monistat on 3 occassions. Of course, this made the bacterial infection far worse.
