My family has been going to Dr. Elbert for approx 18 years and him and his staff have been nothing but great to us. Everytime my kids go in they remember everything that they are doing in their lives and have treat them very well. No complaints whatsoever!!

The glass from the backroom to the lobby isn't that thick. So your able to hear them bash patients.

Was very rude, staff gave wrong numbers for referrals. Was late on every appointment.

Using Pat for 25 years my family and I have no complaints. Some with an axe to grind will always find a way. One side of the story doesn't make it true!

I wish I could somehow get a hold of the person that had to go through all those surgeries. THANK GOD that didn't happen to me. Although the staff is very rude, one of the receptionists there yelled at me because I got mad because twice they canceled and appt on me without even having the courtesy to call first. The dentist and the staff never introduced themselves to me, they pretty much acted like I wasn't even there and spoke about how fat/rude/ugly/stupid their other pts were. And the thing that bothered me the most was they never numbed me when I had to get several cavities filled, they gave me several novacaine shots, but when they started wearing off, they refused to give me any more, basically I was in EXCRUTIATING PAIN for a good 10-15 minutes, and my teeth have never felt the same since. And when I was squirming in my seat due to being in so much pain, the assistant physically hit me and told me if I didn't sit still I would cause her to mess up the procedure.

Dr Pat is wonderful, kind, outgoing and his girls are the exact same way. He has treated me and my family with dental care second to none. Love this place.

If told your 3rd molars/ wisdom teeth should be removed , please seek a second opinion and have the procedure done by an oral surgeon. PLEASE! As far as helpfulness- don't expect any, especially if there are serious comlications. Knowledge appears to be lacking as well. Although a legal settlement does not admit any guilt or wrong doing-the insurance co. payed me $110,000. I did not sign a confidentiality statement so I am at complete liberty to divulge any and all information regarding the suit and settlment! After 2 years and 4 intense surgeries, bone grafts, mouth wired shut, permanent metal bar in my jaw, permanent facial numbness, a 2-3 inch scar,and continuing chronic pain, I hope this never happens to anyone else ever again!
