Dr. Carnes was by far the best doctor I have ever had. We miss him more then anything in Louisville. He was the only doctor I ever had that I felt actually cared about my health and well being. He actually took the time to hear your concerns and ensured you never left his office without answers. If he ever came back to Louisville I would not hesitate to go back.
