Need to go ahead and retire. Rush patient out. Her nurse Shirley needs to be fired. She act as though she is the doctor. Nurse is rude and sarcastic. Hai don't listen to patients needs. 👋

Horrible. Do not under any circumstances use this doctor or any doctor at PCA. They do not value your time at all! I was recently left to wait in the waiting room for 1 hr & 33 min then another 30 min after I was brought into the exam room. After I asked the MA why the wait was so long & that I needed to get back to work the MA threw a blood pressure cuff against the wall & told me if I have a problem to talk to the doctor about it. A day later I was terminated by Hai. So don't expect to be seen In a timely manner & definitely don't complain or you'll get fired!

I agree with the other comments it seems like she is always rushing you and just laughs off any concerns you may have. She is eager to prescribe medication. She is a nice lady but I feel like there is a lot of miscommunication between her and her staff.

Horrible gave my husband several medications that he should not have taken with his heart condition. Never checked to see if the meds given was okay for other meds he was taken did not check to see what his other doctors had prescribed for him to take.

She is always on a rush to see the next patient. She doesn't have enough time to listen to you and spend enough time to talk to you about symptoms. The way I see it primary care associate just has too many patients booked under her name.
