I have been a patient of Dr Gupta's for 9-10 years and couldn't be happier. She and her staff have been fantastic to deal with. I have only had to reschedule one appointment to the best of my recollection and it was a seamless process to get another appointment. When I went to get fitted for my CPAP machine, the folks at Lincare in Catskill, NY told me I would be very pleased as DR. Gupta was highly regarded. I would recommend her to anyone that has a sleeping disorder. She herself is very thorough and has an excellent bed side manner.

This lady took my insurance for a ride made me get a cpap machine when I didnt need one and WASTED 4 months of my life

Sleep Disorder evaluation requested 12/13 . First sleep study appt 4/14. Cancellation bumped me up to 2/14. Second sleep study appt 4/14. Four days later appt w/Dr Gupta. Early for my 3pm appt and didn't see doc until 3:45. Was told it would take 2 wks to evaluate 2nd sleep study results. Approval for CPAP could be delayed if not approved. Doc unable to give me an estimated date for CPAP delivery. I could be looking at a 6 month wait for sleep apnea treatment from date of request. This doctor is aloof, dismissive and has a poor patient rapport.
