The support staff at Dr. Lohner's office are exceptional and caring which I believe is very important to the success of any Dr's practice. Debbie and Karen are very caring, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, they add a personal and warm touch that makes the patient feel very much at ease. As soon as you walk into the office and are greeted by Mary who is lovely and welcoming, you know immediately that you will have a pleasant experience.

I loved my experience with Dr. Lohner and his amazing staff. Dr. Lohner was a knowledgable surgeon who made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to have cosmetic surgery. More than that, his staff wonderful, comforting and full of knowledge in the field. From the minute I walked in the woman at the front desk, Mary, was kind and welcoming. Dr. Lohner's nurse Karen was reassuring and made me feel calm and comfortable. This is a huge bonus for me as I am a nervous patient! I also met with office manager, Debbie, who was extremely helping and clearly has a vast knowledge in the field of plastic surgery and patient care. I felt as though she answered all of my questions and treated me with individual care and attention. My experience with Dr. Lohner was definitely a positive one...made possibly mostly by an amazing staff!

Dr. Lohner is a wonderful, caring, skilled surgeon who made my experiences quite positive. And he is supported by a caring, knowledgeable compassionate staff who are readily available. My questions were always answered in a timely, complete manner. His practice manager and his nurse were the epitome of professional while also demonstrating compassion and empathy. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Lohner, he had me from hello! On top of being an amazing surgeon, he has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the office. The staff is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend that you consult with Dr. Lohner if you are thinking of any plastic surgery needs!

After having twins, my petite body was very disfigured. Dr. Lohner performed an abdominoplasty/ventral hernia repair and one year later, I am more confident about my body than I've ever been. Debbie his office manager is extremely organized, accessible and answered every question that I had about scheduling and payments. Karen, Dr. Lohner's nurse was patient, and compassionate with me when I called with questions post operatively. Dr. Lohner has a very calm demeanor, excellent bedside manner and is a very skilled surgeon. His office is beautiful decorated, warm, inviting and comfortable. I've actually been seen early with every appointment that I've had. I would highly recommend Dr. Lohner for plastic/cosmetic surgery. Being an operating room nurse, I knew of many plastic surgeons to choose from. I could not be more pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Lohner and his staff.

I recently had breast augmentation done with Dr lohner and I am so pleased with my results. I had 375cc silicone done in both breast under the muscle. I was at first very nervous about going for my consultation and the staff was so warm and welcoming which made me feel more relaxed. I also know 3 other patients who have gone to dr lohner for breast augmentation. I am so pleased with dr lohner's work and how awesome the staff at Bryn Mawr hospital were. I felt that I was always in the best care and my recovery was much better then I expected ! I'm so happy!

Dr. Lohner did a breast lift and tummy tuck for me. The surgery went well. The breast lift result was nice, but the scar is noticible. The tummy tuck did not heal well, and I've had revision done with another doctor. Now my stomach looks ok, but not fabulous. I think he is an ok surgeon but not excellent because he did a poor tummy tuck.

Doctor needs to learn how tell his patients to have a nice day and not just walk out the room. He also needs to learn how to ask if the patient has any questions before walking out of the room. This doctor's is a little too big. Don't tell your patients "I can do this, I can do that, blah blah blah..." Just because you got best of the main line does not mean you are the best. You probably paid to get your name that stupid yuppie magazine. Nurses need to learn not to belittle the patients. The nurse asked me if I had any medical conditions and I began explaining what I had and she cut me off and said "I know what that is".
