I met Dr. Miner in his Phoenix Clinic. The clinic was located in a Sears store that was due to close but at the time no one knew the store would close. Dr. Minor was so very professional and always dresses professionally but more than that he is exceptionally meticulous and diligent in his patient care. Absolutely the best.
