Dr. Abend is a most caring, compassionate and knowledgeble physician. She listens to my health concerns and issues, never rushing me or minimizing what is am saying. Dr. Abend is one of the smartest, professional and helpful physicians I have ever known. I am blessed to
have her as my physician.

Dr. Abend is extremely compassionate and kind hearted. She has been my doctor for years for thyroid issues and takes time to fully explain and even call after hours with biopsy results and tests. Not often do you find a physician that truly makes you feel that you are important and will take the time for you. Her staff is just great as well and truly caring. I would recommend Dr. Abend to anyone that needs a caring, dedicated, professional and highly knowledgeable endocrinologist. She had helped me to become healthier and I can proudly say have changed my life for the better through education on eating habits and being overall healthier. Great physician!

Susan Abend is well known to me. She witnessed and failed to report multiple episodes of felony sex assault committed by her supervisor, Lewis E. Braverman, who is a sadistic psychopath. All of the indecent assault and battery felony assaults of the breasts of all of Braverman's female patients were witnessed by other doctors, also a felony. About 15-60 thousand assaults occurred with an unknown number of victims. Female patients were also physically abused and children were psychologically abused according to Abend, who is also a psychopath. She stated: "At UMass, you take the poison and then you go shopping". Any contact with Braverman or Abend or other doctors who worked with Braverman should be reported to the local police. Interference with a sex trafficking investigation is a federal crime. Contact a lawyer to initiate a lawsuit to recover damages from wrongful involvement with undisclosed criminal and corruption activity in your health care. Shawna Murray M.D.

I have had great experience seeing Dr Abend and the staff! I have thyroid and multiple Sclerosis and it is great to be able to have a honest discussion with our Dr. in y 0 years I have never come upon a Dr who tkes the time to understand me!

Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Abend's office is easy. Wait times are short, and staff is polite and efficient. When I arrive at the office, there is rarely a wait to check in, and Dr. Abend seems me within 5 minutes. Dr. Abend is able to explain my medical situation in terms that make sense to me. She encourages me to ask questions (which I do), and she takes the time to answer them. Dr. Abend also remembers small facts about my personal life. This helps me look forward to seeing her because it feels personal.

Dr. Abend is wonderful and caring! This doctor saved my life, giving my skills to change my eating habits, rather than giving me medicine for my condition. She is like talking to an old friend, just chatting and listening to your health concerns and questions. My family and I are healthier because of her and knowledge. She is easy to get a hold of on the phone or email. She has even called my on a Saturday afternoon to give me test results. She is a doctor that truly care about her patients, and their well being. She has a great bedside manner!

Dr Abend is saving my life, literally. After many tries with different doctors, I have finally found someone who not only knows what is wrong with me, but has a successful plan to fix it. I wish I had found her earlier in my life but am grateful to be working with her now. Notice I say working WITH her. She makes me feel like we are fighting my disease as a team. Thanks to her, in only a few months, my cholesterol has greatly improved, I've made incredible strides with my AC1 AND I'm down 2 clothing sizes to boot. Just when I thought it was a hopeless situation, BOOM, she is my hero!!
