I was waiting for more than 2 hours in the waiting area when I specifically asked over the phone how long will be the visit and was told 2 hours is enough. I had to leave because I had another doctor's appointment on that date. I even did not see the doctor. No apologies, nothing. They charged my card $60 tho. I asked them to cancel and make a refund. The receptionist was also rude and didn't want to help at all. I left because the next available appointment she offered was in 1,5 months. Insane! This office does not respect its clients.

Dr. Eduardo Kofman has been my gastroenterologist for several years. He was recommended by several sources who were extremely satisfied with his care. I’m so glad I listened to them and became his patient. I had a screening colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. He was so patient explaining the entire process, from the adequate preparation before the procedure, how I was going to feel during the anesthesia and after the procedure. His office staff was also extremely helpful dealing with the insurance coverage. They were always smiling and accommodating my needs. I had some minor discomfort after the procedure, much less than I was expecting. Dr Kofman is a great doctor, a terrific gastroenterologist, with an empathy towards the patient that is hard to find. I can happily say that I strongly recommended him and his staff.

Dr Kofman performed a colonoscopy on me. He was very skilled, polite and professional. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend him without hesitation.
