Poor service....very rude....always keeps you waiting

I live in Myrtle Beach seven months out of the year...the rest of the time is back in Ohio. I have a wonderful chiropractor in Huntington, WV that uses the Pro Adjuster. I searched online and found Dr. Christopher D. Garner uses the same equipment. I called on Thursday July 24, 2014 to get an appointment, I was told that since I would be a "NEW" patient they would return a call to me on Monday...Now I needed to see the Dr. as I was in a good deal of pain...Monday morning July 28, at 10:04 AM I receive a call asking me if I still needed an appointment, that they had a cancellation on Thursday July 31. I was told on Thursday when I called that would get me in at 8:00AM on Tuesday July 29, as I have a business and need to be open by 10:00AM. Needless to say I told the receptionist that "apparently they weren't interested in my business". My Dr. would have seen a patient in need on that very day, however it all depends on what's important to the Dr. and staff.
