If you need any relief from any nuerological disorder, DON'T NOT EVER GO HERE! The office staff is rude, VIOLATES HIPPAA mandates, gossips/makes fun of loudly so those in the waiting room can hear about other's medical issues. Dr. Pan does not listen to patient concerns about medications and will prescribe what she feels is best despite the patient being deeply concerned about the side effects. If you want to be treated like a human being who is seeking medical care, AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST

Dr. Pan is exceptional. I was referred to her after a bad experience with another neurologist. She listens, has a great bedside manner and seems eager to help people feel better! I would recommend her to anyone without a second thought. Front office (person who checks you in) could use some pointers on friendliness and people skills. Otherwise, very pleased.
