The worst experience ever at any Dr's office in my life!....Worst staff, you wait 3 hrs after your appt time....No referral's for medicine were ever sent despite the serious condition of my Husband....If there were minus 0 stars that would describe our experience at this office.
I have NO idea how they are even still open...

Dr is ok, but staff and specially punctuality are terrible. They make you wait for several hours.

I had a 9 AM appointment and wasn't seen until about 10:45 however I feel that Dr.Max was well worth the wait! He was kind, compassionate, open to exploring the most holistic and natural solutions to issues and I felt as though he sincerely cared and was on my side in my health journey ahead, a rare quality these day! The staff leave some things to be desired but he makes up for everything with his knowledge as well as efficiency.

We arrived at 10:50 am for 11 am appointment. An hr and 20 minutes into appointment we incquired the waiting time. Diana at front desk was disrespectful to us as new patients and stated of 7 patients ahead. We asked for refund on co pay which we previously paid. Manager stepped in to attend us. Did it take an hour and 20 minutes for their service and expedited attention? Do NOT Reccommend due to lack of organization which is a reflection of Dr!!! A scheduled appointment an got attended an hour and 30 minutes laterrr.

I was refered to Dr. Hernandez by a family member. I am glad i have chosen him. He has a wonderful and caring staff. He is an extremely caring and good hearted doctor. He takes time with his patients. We are not just another number.

I recommend Dr Hernandez, to anyone that wants real, genuine, and profesional Assistance.He has helped me become alot healthier, and happier with life. If I had known of him before my father passed away at 95years old back in 2009 I would have deffinetly brought him to Dr Hernandez I know that he would have helped him live a couple more year. I now am pleased to say that I have recommended my family including my 68 year mother to him. Rude...... not at all, he says it like it is and that is one of the best qualities that I look for in a Dr. I am trusting him with my health of course I want him to be blunt and tell me how it is. cqnt complain had a good visit hes skilled and knows what hes doing he loves his job and over hes a funnny man not like any other doctor visit you feel at home & peacful without all the waiting like at other doctor offices

He's an excellent physician,has helped my parents and myself. He has gone out of his way for my father and after his stroke. He see's my father as a patient and not dollar signs. He's staff as well is very polite and his MA always returns my calls. What i also like about Dr. Hernandez, if i need to speak with him personally, he will usually always take your calls. Not very many doctors do so. I recommend him very highly.

He will not hesitate to refer patients to a specialist if necessary and reviews chart for any yearly mammograms, injections (i.e., flu) or blood cultures particular to your health or ill-ness. I am aware of the above information as both my parents consult Dr. Max (as known to his patients) and I go with them to their app'ts._
