Great doctor takes time to meet you. Staff is very nice

I moved to the Dennis area and was looking for a new primary care doctor, I looked and found Dr. Biliouris's office in South Dennis. I called and the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and said he could see me the next week. I was pleasantly surprised as I had called a few other offices and they were offering me appointments in 3 months. I arrived at the office and the staff were very friendly. I waited about half and hour to be seen, but when I met Dr. Biliouris I quickly realized that I would have waited a lot longer. He did not rush me, he seemed genuinely interested in me as a person and a patient.
When we got to the front desk the receptionist already had the appointment booked for the dermatology referral I had asked about. They told me to call the office if I needed anything and they would see me in a month. I am so happy I found this practice, I think it is going to be a great fit for me.

I'm a fairly new patient. I was recommended by a few people around town. I came in and asked some questions, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My first appointment with the Dr went well, yes I waited a little while, I most deffiantly think it is worth the wait for the care that is given. I had more medical care given with my first three appointments then I've had in 20 years!!! Thanks Dr biliouris and the cape cod medical center staff!!

Perhaps the most compassionate and thorough medical staff and doctor on Cape Cod. I cannot say enough positive comments on his caring and compassion. He spent a great deal of time with my family during a difficult time. Anyone who has a negative comment about Dr. Biliouris or his staff obviously has an agenda. These are wonderful people and a wonderful doctor !

Not on time. Sometimes does not seem knowledgeable, other times does? Seems like I always have a pmt amt to make not covered by medicare. Strange high charges also.

This is the worst doctor and doctor office I have ever been too! The average wait time is 45 minutes, he likes to schedule tons of patients at once. Then when you are finally placed in an examination room, you wait even LONGER! Numerous times I’ve heard His staff openly talk about patients, and say rude things. When I brought it to his attention, he said they did not mean it. The majority of the women nurses who work there are very rude and condescending, especially on the phone. In addition, his office NEVER calls you back! So many times, I’ve had to re-call them in order to find out very simple information. Another huge problem is with referrals, for some reasons his office employees do not comprehend how to send out a referral. His office is notoriously known in the medical community for it, even off cape! It is such an inconvenience and adds so much stress! I will take more than one phone call to get your referral for anything! Only go to him if he is your only option!

Outrageous the amount of time we had to wait to see him. Didn't do a thorough exam. Changing doctors immediately.
