Very knowledgeable but very arrogant and condescending, even rude. When I asked a question he actually said, "I am the surgeon, I am the expert and I say...." Absolutely NO bedside manner. Couldn't wait to leave his office. Would never in a million years recommend this Dr. to anyone. I am getting a second opinion.

Experienced orthopedic team with Dr. Carroll for hip replacement in 2018. All went well and will be scheduling another in 2019 since I have the utmost trust in his excellent skills to alleviate my arthritic condition!

I was more than happy with Dr. Carroll and his staff. I was treated with respect and never felt rushed during my visits. I've never waited long before seeing him and his staff was most helpful and polite. Before and after my hip replacement Dr. Carroll was very compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a pleasant experience with their surgeon.

Arrogant doctor = arrogant staff. Everyone seems to dislike their job. Over 50 minutes waiting time. Can only suggest that I wish he were as good a doctor as he thinks he is. Would not and could not recommend him. Get a second opinion. No bedside manner. Pompous should be his middle name. GET A SECOND OPINION.

No follow up after surgery - no follow up after referral to another surgeon. Office staff is horrible - zero personality with patients. Does not respond back to patient after tests are performed. Doesn't want to hear what patient has to say. Would not recommed at all.

Terrible....No bedside manner, arrogant and condescending. No followup with patient after surgery...PA and doctor must not communicate regarding patient care or problems.

Couldn't ask for a better surgeon! Took his time answering my many questions before and after surgery.
