Dr Bashai is the most caring and compassionate Surgeon I have met. It took 1 1/2 years to find a Dr to listen to me. I went to 2 previous orthopedic Surgeons and numerous other specialists. The day I met Dr. Bashai he new immediately off examination and off diagnostic testing what was wrong. A month later I had hip arthroplasty
Labral tear repair of my hip. I felt immediate relief. I'm continuing to recover and rebuild my damaged muscles due to the length it took to diagnose. I know I have months of recovery ahead. I just wish I met him earlier.
His staff is also very kind and curtious.
Highly recommend this Office and Surgeon.

First to perform Bovine Achilles Tendon Overlay for Rotator Cuff Surgery in Michigan. I was out of my sling in 10 days, vacationing in Mexico 4 weeks later. Started Physical therapy 2 weeks after surgery for 8 weeks and was feeling great!!!

Very knowledgable and straight to the point doctor. Friendly staff. I was treated for a torn labrum and the recovery time was just as Dr. Bashai said it would be. He told me everything to be expected as far as my surgery experience. I would highly recommend him. He's also a very handsome Doc!

Great and knowledgeable physician. Saw him for partial tear of rotator cuff. Only complaint there is apparent office procedure to run and bill for x-rays.... which are useless unless something is broken. Biggest issue: Amabsolutely crummy time management. How can you be running an hour late by 9:00am?

I first saw Dr Bishai in July of 2012 for a torn rotator cuff and a torn bicep, he repaired both in August 2012. I brought my son to him in October for his knee (this would be his fifth knee surgery)which Dr. Bishai repaired. I returned to Dr. Bishai for my knee in February 2013. He tells you how things really are. Is very straight forward and doesn't pull any punches. I think he is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. I have recommended him to family and friends.

Very friendly and knowledgable. I had a torn labrum in my left shoulder and Dr. Bashai made it better than before. The injury!
