Very rude staff! The staff behind the sign in desk may be more useful if they spent as much time with the patient as they do on their cell phones. I used the female dr on Dr Baden's staff, and had from the age of 16 to 22. She was rude during almost every office visit. After leaving my last office visit I told them I would be finding a new Dr because I was tired of how I was treated there. 7 months later I received a large bill in the mail for things I have never had to pay for and that I know are covered by my insurance. The bill seems completely fraudulent! I do not trust these people recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Baden is wonderful. I have been a patient for 4+ years...he delivered my first and will deliver my next baby. Like the other ladies said, he takes the time to talk to you and he does have a great sense of humor.

Dr. Baden is a wonderful OB/GYN. He has delivered both of my children by c-section and explained detailed instructions and procedures pre and post natal. I very much appreciated having Dr. Baden as my physician and today I have 2 wonderful children.

I love this doctor! He takes his time explaining everything me and even returned my calls personally when I was concerned about an issue. I recommended him to several of my friends and they love him just as much! There is also a PA in the office - Denise - I have seen her on occasion as well and she is great! Definitely recommend!

While Dr. Baden might be great for an average pregnant woman, if you have any issues (age, weight, health issues) he is not your doctor. His profile on the Memorial Herman Southeast website indicates he does High Risk - he does not, or at least his definition of that is very narrow. He especially seemed reluctant to work with an outside endocrinologist.

I have been going to Dr. Baden for 4 years. He delivered my son and will deliver my new one on the way. Over the years there have been occasional times that he has seemed moody, but everyone has moody days, in general he is kind and tries to answer any questions you have or give you any advice you ask for. Denise, who is not a Dr. but a PA is wonderful. The comment on his fingers is very correct, visits with Denise can be more comfortable. He has a new Dr in the office now that I still have not met, the older short haired nurse is very sweet. The mid thirties brown haired nurse is a b*tch. Most of the front girls are very nice, the pregnant one is a little moody, but Im letting it slide right now bc she is pregnant. Ive learned that showing up early does not get you seen quicker it just makes your wait longer. I have never had a problem with getting call backs, getting results, getting medication or birth control. All in all Im happy with the service.

I love being seen at Dr.Baden's office. He has the best front office staff because they are very nice and funny and make you feel welcome. They do get a little busy at times but i would'nt want to go to a doctors office that wasn't busy. I'm very impressed with the front desk,check out and billing dept. They try to answer all your questions and if they cant they are honest and take a message and have the doctor call you back or they will call back themselves with the answers. Dr.Baden is very lucky to have 3 of the sweetest front office staff working for him. The nurses seem nice but they just seem a little moody to me at times. That's just my opinon.

Doctor said he could call me back on Monday (after a Thursday appointment)... he did not call. I waited a week and called him the following Monday...still no return call. It's 8 days after that (15 from expected call) and still no response.

I would not recommend this doctor due to his staff. I have been going there for 8 years; but for the last two years I have had horrible service that could even be called life threatening. I had an irregular pap smear and was not notified for 3 months..no phone call, nothing. They scheduled and immediate procedure and felt so bad they gave me several packets of birth control for free. 7 months after my procedure they have refused to refill my birth control due to needing an appt for a BP check.After 3 missed BP check appts in 6 wks, they got my BP and then said STILL NO REFILL cuz they meant I needed a pap smear...oops, sorry for scheduling 3 BP appts.So I still have no pills,have gained 10 pounds,in a fog at work..all cuz I am in menopause and need the hormones from the pills.The STAFF is HORRIBLE.They won't let me speak to the Dr. Baden.Trust me, don't go to this doctor..you are at the mercy of the staff who doesn't even let you know you have irregular paps!

Dr. B and Denise are absolutely wonderful. Dr. B has delivered both of my daughters and was fantastic. He is what you would describe as "Jolly" and I love his sense of humor. Both Denise and Dr. B are equally good. Dr. Baden's fingers are a bit like sausages, so i usually prefer Denise to handle my annual exams. But, Dr. Baden delivered personally both of my girls and even came to deliver my forst born when he was NOT on call. I have recommended them to several of my friends and they all love him too!
