Dr. Chou and his office staff fit me in at the last minute when no other doctor or office would take me. I was treated respectfully and kindly the entire time I was there. Dr. Chou spent time with me, carefully explained the condition, answered any and all questions I had, and was accommodating in getting me a follow-up within a short period of time. Dr. Chou is among the best doctors I've ever consulted and I happily recommend him to anyone seeking a urologist.
