The office staff don't seem to do more than they have to. One instance, I had an appointment and was sitting in the waiting room. Another patient called the office for something. I could hear one of the staff give her a hard time over the phone and when she got off the phone she continued to complain about the women to her peers for a few minutes. I have also had the occassion where I called to have questions answered and they seemed to give answers to appease you without looking into it.
