Dr Shane is an excellent physician. Not sure what is happening with her staff but it appears the office is lacking organization. Office is extremely busy, wait time is ridiculous and interns and students are running around the office trying to find answers, equipment, direction. But I love this Doctor! If the office was more organized Dr Shane maybe able to spend more time with patients and not be rushed and interrupted during visit. Her heart is obviously in teaching but her first priority should be her patient.

Dr. Amber Shane is a very abrupt and uncaring doctor. She only spends a few minutes with you, ans she is back out the door assisting other patients. They are over booked. They make you wait over an hour for your appt. The staff is rude. Especially, Deena the office manager. She doesn't want to listen, and she rushes you of f the phone, and you are still trying to explain something. They are so unproffessional. I have a very bad nerve condition. They want to push me off to other doctors, and they aren't taking the time to find a solution to my problem. I have never seen a doctor's office work this way.

I seriously don’t believe that the doctor did my surgery. I didn’t see her before the surgery or after. No call to check how I feel. I rarely see her during visits. They should charge medical assistant rates. No attention at all to her patients. This is the WORST doctor ever!

Arrogance doesn't even touch this office. All she did was talk about herself and doctor Reeves. I had a great podiatrist but he retired and I made the mistake of choosing this office. There are many others in the area, you should look elsewhere.

I've been a patient of dr. Shane for about a year now I have had no other doctor take care of me as well as her and her staff has I had shattered my ankle and I thought I was going to lose in my whole leg but she helped save it and I will ever be grateful for her and her staff thank you dr. Shane

After researching physicians who specialize in the foot and ankle, I traveled from out of town to have Dr. Shane Fix a surgery that had gone bad by another surgeon. She took the time and effort to listen to my concerns and skillfully put me back together. I am now back to snow skiing and CrossFit. Thank you Dr. Shane!!

This was the worst doctors visit I have ever had. After waiting way after my appointment time I got no real treatment. I will say that she spent a long time with me but she really is clueless and I don't know how she has a medical degree or allowed see patients.

Never in over 15 years can I say that Dr. Shane has failed to go above n beyond her call of duty. She took great care of my grandpa until his last days. Aa for me she has even not charged for services when my insurance changed. Her heart is humongous. She's a people person. So for all if you that recommended not to go to her I would say: just keep it to yourself. It's your lost and let others benefit from quality healthcare.
