I had the absolute worst experience with this doctor. He was so unprofessional. I can't believe he is still in business and will never recommend him to anyone. Do not waste your time going to him. Him and his nurse were laughing and joking the whole time and I thought it was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not to mention he made me feel uncomfortable through my whole appointment. Please don't put yourself in the situation I was in.

Dr. Caswell conducts himself unprofessionally in the work place with his employees. He recently started an unprofessional relationship with a married woman that serves under him. Once his significant other (wife) found out he then tried to relocate (fire) the woman he was seeing behind his wife's back. The reason this is valid to medical practice is due to the fact of it showing a true personality of a snake lying in wait. If he has no true morals/values what makes you think he is not carrying that over into his diagnostic observations? The last thing I would want is to take my family to a guy like this. He has no integrity or morals to his name. The abuse of power here is astonishing. I know it takes two when carrying out this sleezy act but when you trust somebody with an innocent life, then one may assume he can trust Dr. J with his wife... SMH... People think twice before you destroy your life with this sloppy doctor.

Nurses will not listen to patients when they have a concern, they are rude and disrespectful to patients.

Office won't return phone calls. If you have medical questions (like the RX they called in doesn't seem right) you will have to call multiple times... You'll be lucky if they call you back within a week. On several different occasions I've had to call the nurse and so far the fastest response was 3 days (I called once a day till I finally got a response). It's a recurring problem that I've talked to Caswell about several times, but he obviously doesn't care.
