You must ALWAYS WAIT for NO LESS than 1 hr. even though you have an appt (that is IF you can get an appt with her, which is next to impossible). Her PA's are much more professional and caring and take much more time with you than her. It's like Kaiser - she herds you in like cattle and takes no time to herd you out ...

does not properly refer patients to specialists. Prescribes medication to cover symptoms. Does not cosult other specialist doctors when patient is in distress.

Dr. Stuart is a somewhat nice person, but a GOD AWFUL DOCTOR. If you are seriously ill, these screw-ups could get you killed. If you are not really sick, then blow your cash here on lowest quality medical care! THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS! The Kaiser Spanish clinic staff is far more efficient and helpful. I went to FOOTHILL FAMILY PRACTICE (=bad!)from 87 to 2003 and left them after 6(SIX!) times that they failed to call in prescriptions. I went back for 2 visits and they are worse! This time I have severe swine flu (almost to the hospital!)and their do-nothing staff failed to call in my prescriptions once again! If you are on time, expect to wait 1 or more hours. Just pure crap!

dr is great but the staff is very lacking. Nurses are rude and do not care. Phone calls are ignored voicemails are not listened to carefully .Pharmacy has a very difficult time getting a reply from this office when you needto refill a script or if they have questions regarding your script..very disapointing staff.

wonderful caring doctor and staff. I drive about 1hr to see this dr and well worth it. Very knowledgeable and caring. whole staff is great. very rare find.
