Bill receptionist/office manager/husband whatever you want to call him is terrible! So disrespectful and rude!! He will run her business to the ground the same way he ran his own into the ground that's why his only option is to work for his wife haha doctor is wonderful and would have a great practice if she hired someone who actually knew what they were doing!

If you like being treated with disrespect and arrogance this is the office for you. Bill the receptionist / husband is so rude and thinks that because he says he is a tough guy from Brooklyn as we were told by him that you have to be intimidated. If you go to a doctors office for the first time you learn over the years to be prepared for your questions to be answered, well not here according to Bill first you will wait over an hour before you even see the nurse to check your vitals and ask preliminary questions but please note you shouldn't do the same. Don't ask questions because the nurse or medical assistant which ever her title is tells Bill what you asked then he takes it upon himself to abruptly barge into the exam room and state that when you are there you wait no questions asked also you don't questions as to why. Now we understand sometimes emergency are presented in an office, and this would cause a wait but to not be entitled to an explanation. We were really upset about the treatment we were given and exposed to today that we decided to leave, I mean you can hear the way Bill was talking in the next exam room because he was practically yelling and the doctor did not bother to come into the exam room to see what was transpiring in her office. I could write word for word what happened but just to let you know in my strong opinion this is not the office for anyone unless Bill is removed. Do not tolerate his rudeness as a human being, we didn't.

BEWARE UNITED HEALTHCARE PATIENTS: I called this office and spoke to Dillon who identified himself as the office manager. I asked if this office was accepting new patients with United Health Care insurance and he said yes, however, instead of paying my $25 co-pay, he advised that I would have to pay $109 up front and would be reimbursed when the office got reimbursed by United HealthCare. When I questioned this, he became very abrupt and ended the call by stating that they no longer accept United Health Care insurance. NOTE: Staff rating is 1 (poor); however, I had to include ratings for other three categories even though appointment was never scheduled. I could not leave them blank otherwise my preceding comments would not have been accepted. 09/25/13
