This physician documented examination results on my record that never happened. He was flippant and rude when I complained of severe nerve pain, inability to sleep and need for help with rehab. I was not drug seeking, as I do not take or desire narcotics. He told me that I had a severe injury and it "was going to hurt." He ordered nerve testing weeks after the injury when he should have done them in the beginning when I demonstrated severe muscle dysfunction. The final blow was when he told me I needed a neurologist and he couldn't help me BUT refused to give me a referral so that I could get hooked up with someone. I reported this physician to my insurance company and to a grievance board. I would not send my worst enemy to this physician.
